On April 20-22, 2009, the Whole Grains Council is holding a conference in Alexandria, VA and I’ve been asked to be one of the resident experts. During this spring period, policymakers will be planning the 2010 Dietary Guidelines, and the Council feels it’s a good time to be in the DC area with a strong message on the health benefits of whole grains.  I couldn’t agree more.

For more info and to register, click on the Whole Grains Council on my blog roll. Hope to see you there, but if you can’t make it, check back ’cause I’m sure to be blogging about it.
